Dice its origin, Chateau La Grave Béchade has implemented a mixed farming with grapes, hazelnuts and plums. Since 2015, Mr. Burrus took over the field to lead a quality policy.
We cultivate this quality terroir with the highest respect by combining tradition and innovation both for the cultivation of vines, mainly located on the clay-limestone hillsides, and for the vinification of our harvest.
The oceanic climate allows the various grapes to flourish and produce quality fruit.
The 26 hectares of vineyards, composed of 75% Merlot and 5% Cabernet for red wine, and 20% Sauvignon for white wine, are subject to the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) of Côtes de Duras and to a very accurate quality charter.
Our joint efforts are based on the skills and knowledge acquired and transmitted for generations.
